Rainbow Station Multifloral Manuka & Honeydew Honey MG 30+ 250g

Our Nelson Honey Rainbow Station Range is made by 4th generation beekeepers. The Cropp Family began beekeeping in 1899 in a valley on the top of New Zealand's South Island near the Rainbow Station region where this honey is still collected today!

Each batch is tested for Methylglyoxal (MG) activity and other chemical markers to ensure authenticity of the Manuka Honey. This means we know it is high quality honey and we can track your individual batch for you.

This is Honeydew honey as well which means the honey is made from sweet Honeydew as well as nectar from the manuka plant and contains Oligosaccharides another type of natural sugar which adds to the complex flavour! 

The Honeybees collect Nectar and Honeydew from the Manuka Flower and transform it into honey which is collected from hives by their beekeepers.

The 30+ grading system means this honey contains more than 30mg per kg of Methylglyoxal (MG) which is what makes Manuka Honey so famously special!
